I want to start off by saying I did the online ordering because I wanted to be cool. and I do not recommend it. I ordered the "Vito" a Tuna and a Ham and cheese because I never been to a jimmy johns and wanted to see what it was all about. The forgot my drink and chips but the offered to drop it off to my house for me which I thought was very nice. I kindly declined the delivery of my chips and just told them to remember me for next time they owe me. that's why they still are getting 4 stars, but make sure you grab your own pop and chips when you do a pick up or at least make sure its inn the bag. subs were awesome I will be back to claim my chips too!!!!

We (used to) get JJ's from time to time at work...mainly because they deliver. I always found the subs kinda bland, but they're ok if you're really hungry and delivery is quick. The employees have always been very nice, professional, and efficient. Their efforts get five stars. Just found out that the owner of Jimmy John's kills endangered animals for sport (just saw some online pics that made my stomach CHURN) and financially supports anti-union and extreme right wing causes that I vehemently disagree with. Don't be fooled by their logos and slogans meant to appeal to young folks...this company is not progressive at all.

I swear Jimmy John's bread is like crack. It's so incredibly delicious, I can't begin to describe it. The subs are cheap and filling and frankly, I'm jealous that JJ's hasn't popped up in Portland where I live. JJ's is one of the top reasons I love visiting my wife's family in Michigan.

I don't review many chains (though I have reviewed a few specific locations that I really like or really dislike), but I wanted to review this location due to their fantastic customer service. My office orders from them every few weeks or so. We've been ordering from this location for years, and we really don't have problems with orders very often. It's pretty rare that they make an order incorrectly. The time that impressed me that most was when they weren't terribly busy (it was 6 months ago or so) and as our Admin. Assistant was giving them the order, someone was making the food at the same time. They delivered it really fast that day-within about 15 minutes of when she first called. They're rarely later than their estimated time, and mostly they're just early. They label things correctly so that nobody gets confused, which is a plus. Often you have to open the entire sandwich at some places in order to know what it is. We have 12 ladies in our office, and while there usually aren't that many ordering sandwiches (the docs aren't around to order usually), there are always more than 5. They get props for taking big orders from us and rarely messing up.
